Brain wrote Run of Show for Founders Dinner. Doors are at 18:00 for about 40 people. The page times the staff call, guest arrival, and the welcome reception. The tasks book the room, the menu, and the photographer.
The run of show
Run of Show starts with staff-only beats: load-in at 16:30, catering on hold at 17:15, a mic check at 17:40, and the door team in place at 17:50. Doors open at 18:00. The welcome reception stays in the same room, and the kitchen holds the first course.
Vendors and guests
The tasks confirm the floor plan and load-in window, lock the menu and dietary list with catering, book one mic, confirm florals, and book the photographer for arrival and speeches only.
One project
The clock and the vendor list are both Founders Dinner. Brain also added a vendor sheet on that project.
