DoneNest ("we") provides project and work-item tracking software. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information, with practices aligned to Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
Account details (name, email), workspace membership, work items and comments you create, billing address when you subscribe, and technical logs needed to operate the service (IP address, device/browser metadata). We use Google Analytics to measure pages visited and general device and browser data.
How we use information
To provide and secure the product, authenticate you (including via Microsoft or Google OAuth when you choose it), bill subscriptions, send service notices, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and access
We retain account data while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal or security purposes. You may request access or correction of your personal information by contacting support from your account email.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and least-privilege operational practices. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report suspected issues promptly.
