By creating an account or using DoneNest, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
DoneNest provides workspace-based project and work-item tracking. Features may change as we improve the product. Paid plans are billed in US dollars (USD); applicable tax is added at checkout.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
Trials and billing
Free trials convert to paid plans only when you add a payment method and confirm a subscription. You may cancel before renewal to avoid further charges. Seat counts are based on active members and admins. Guests and viewers are not seats. A free workspace includes 3 seats. Brain is included with the workspace.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
