Three phases for a house, written out
Brain wrote Riverside phases for an architecture practice. The page has a paragraph each for concept design, planning drawings, and consultant coordination. The tasks follow those phases.

The page
Riverside phases says what each stage is for. Concept design tests massing against the brief, the site, and the budget. Planning drawings turn that direction into the submission set. Consultant coordination brings structure, services, and landscape into one set.
The tasks
Under concept design the tasks confirm the brief and develop the massing. Under planning drawings they prepare the set, assemble the package, and track the application. Coordination tasks sit with them on the same project.
One project
The phase page and the task list are both Riverside. The practice does not keep the narrative in one tool and the drawing list in another.
